A recent kitchen renovation project where we re-purposed & re-positioned the existing recess lights with updated LED bulbs. A smaller recess spot was added above the sink for a night light. The larger scale pendants add the 'drama' to compliment the beautiful island.

Notice the lighting under the toe space of each vanity that turns on automatically with a room occupancy sensor.

Strategically placed recess and adjustable types help to highlight the sailboat and the custom wood built-ins. 

Notice how Mincer's sign is evenly illuminated compared to their neighbors. Working with Beck Cohen to utilize the current electrical provided by the landlord and changed the fixtures to LED broader spectrum lights helped to improve the sign coverage.
